The RH-ISAC Cyber Intelligence Summit brings together CISOs, strategic leaders and their information security teams from the retail and hospitality industries for a three-day conference. This is your chance to engage with practitioners and find out how they’re tackling key cybersecurity challenges. In this exclusive forum, speakers and attendees will share best practices, gain insights and most importantly, network with other information security professionals to build all-important trust among peers.

The agenda addresses key priorities, objectives, and issues facing strategic leaders and tactical practitioners, with sessions and speakers selected by a Summit Working Group made up of leaders from RH-ISAC Core Member organizations.

Registration

Each sponsor has a pre-determined number of Summit Access Passes based on their level of participation. Your organization received and signed an ‘Exhibit A’ document outlining specific sponsor entitlements as they relate to your sponsorship. Please refer to this document for details on entitlements including the number of access passes allowed. You can also find Access Pass information in the FAQ section of this guide.

Your team should work internally to determine who each access pass will be assigned to. All attendees from your team must register as sponsors using the link below. If your sponsorship includes a speaking role, please have your speaker select ‘speaker’ under participation status.

Rules of Engagement

The RH-ISAC Cyber Intelligence Summit is designed to provide information security professionals and leading industry providers with opportunities to network, exchange insight and share best practices.

Sponsors will gain valuable insight from attendees and have the opportunity to strengthen and develop relationships through networking breaks, keynotes, and participation in select breakout sessions. To promote a great overall attendee experience, sponsors are asked to follow the guidelines below with respect to participation:

Your participation is a chance to gain valuable insight regarding strategies and best practices from retail and hospitality attendees. Sponsoring attendees must refrain from discussion of specific products or service offerings during conference sessions and are asked to defer to practitioner attendees during session Q&A.

As an alternative, interested sponsors and attendees are welcome to engage in product or service-oriented discussion during networking breaks.

Q: Can we set up meetings or host attendees for separate lunches, happy hours, or other events outside of the officially sanctioned events?
A: You are not permitted to plan any separate events or engagements during the hours of the conference or corresponding networking events unless permission is granted in writing by the RH-ISAC Events team.

Q: Will I receive a list of everyone who attends my session or special event as part of the Summit?
A: If your sponsorship includes a speaking engagement, an RH-ISAC staff member will offer to scan attendee badges as they enter the room so they may receive credit for attending each session. We will provide you with a list, including Title and Organization information for those who’ve had their badges scanned.

If you are sponsoring a special event during the Summit, you will receive Title and Organization information of all registrants and attendees. You will additionally receive the First Name, Last Name, and Email of all registrants and attendees that opted into post-event communications during registration.

Q: Will I receive a list of everyone who visits my sponsor booth?
A: Many sponsorships include a badge scanner, and your onsite representatives will gain access to badge scanning capabilities so that they can scan attendees’ badges who visit your booth. This will capture information that they have opted-in to share with you.

All other sponsors have the option to purchase a badge scanner as a $2,000 sponsorship upgrade. If you haven’t purchased a badge scanner, please reach out to events@rhisac.org to add one.

Q: How many staff members can attend the event?
A: The number of access passes listed on your signed Exhibit A will dictate how many staff members may be present at the Summit.

Q: Do our sponsor access passes give us access to the full conference?
A: Your access passes give you access to all keynotes and the majority of breakout sessions, except when marked ‘closed door’ or ‘practitioner only’ on the conference agenda and signage outside the door. Sponsors are also permitted to attend the Welcome Reception, Networking Happy Hour, and Closing Reception; however, the VIP Dinner is invite only.

Q: Can I have share my sponsor access pass with another colleague if I want to attend part of the conference, and have them attend the rest of it?
