Member Services & Intel Support Manager, RH-ISAC
Kristen Dalton is the Member Services and Intel Support Manager for the RH-ISAC, where she is responsible for new member onboarding, intel engagement, and account credentialing. Prior to the RH-ISAC, she was program manager for Booz Allen’s Innovation Center in Washington, DC where she led qualitative and quantitative research initiatives that studied workplace culture and team behavior. She also developed an 8-week Innovation Ambassador education program that featured subject matter experts and covered fundamental innovation principles in Edge Technologies, Internet of Things, and Strategic Partnerships. She is currently an adjunct professor at American University.
