The impact of cybercrime on the economy, personal lives, and our business community is growing exponentially each year. Loss estimates are in the trillions worldwide. The public and private sectors are coming together to answer two critical questions that need to be addressed on a national level in the U.S. Where does a consumer or small business call to report a cybercrime and get help? And, what coordinated resources are available from federal, state, and local law enforcement and consumer protection agencies? The Cybercrime Support Network is a 501(c)3 providing a voice for the victims and building national programs to improve victim services and response for consumers and small businesses. Participants in this session will:

  • Explore the current cybercrime reporting landscape globally
  • Leave with no-cost resources to share with employees, customers, friends, and family
  • Better understand the work of the Cyberspace Solarium Commission to address the needs of the retail industry as a part of the greater cyber ecosystem

  • Robert Burda, Former FBI, Chief Strategy Officer, Cybercrime Support Network
  • Amira Dhalla, Associate Director, Consumer Reports
  • Mark Montgomery, Executive Director, Cyberspace Solarium
  • Marnie Wilking, Global Head of Security & Technology, Wayfair
