Preparing for the RH-ISAC Summit? Here are some frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your time at the conference.

Q: Where is the 2022 RH-ISAC Summit located?
A: The 2022 Event will be held in Plano, Texas, at the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park. Learn more about the venue on our ‘Venue Info‘ tab.

Q: Who is eligible to attend the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: This event is open to cybersecurity practitioners who work for retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing organizations only. Select sponsor and Associate Member partners are permitted to attend the main conference as well, though may be asked to leave private discussions.

Q: What’s the dress code for the event?
A: The dress code is business-to-business casual.

Q: When should I arrive so that I don’t miss any events?
A: Your best bet is to arrive on the afternoon of Monday, September 19. Our Welcome Reception begins at 5:00 p.m. CT, and the official program starts on Tuesday, September 20. To get the most of your RH-ISAC Summit experience, plan to depart after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21.

Q: Is there a discount for the hotel?
A: Yes! Check out the ‘Venue Info‘ tab to learn about the room rates and hotel cutoff date (spoiler alert, it’s September 6).

Q: What if I can no longer attend the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: Shoot! We hate to hear this. If you are no longer able to attend the Summit, you can either transfer your ticket to another individual or email [email protected] to cancel your ticket altogether.

Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket? 
A: To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request to [email protected] with your registration confirmation must be received by Friday, August 19.

Q: Who can I contact about registration questions?
A: Contact us at [email protected]. We’ll be able to answer any RH-ISAC Summit questions or direct you where to go for any additional questions you may have. 

Q: Are there any privacy guidelines for information shared during the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: The RH-ISAC utilizes the Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) to classify information and define the sharing protocol to ensure that information is protected appropriately and limited to intended audiences. The designation for the RH-ISAC Summit is TLP:Amber unless otherwise specified, and all attendees and sponsors agree to adhere to this protocol upon registration or as part of their sponsorship agreement.

Q: Will there be press or media at the RH-ISAC Summit?
A: Press is not permitted to attend any portion of the RH-ISAC Cyber Intelligence Summit unless otherwise designated or authorized through prior written permission from the RH-ISAC.
