Dave Estlick is the chief information security officer for Starbucks. Estlick leads information protection and global cybersecurity including operations, engineering, architecture, identity and access management, as well as IT risk and compliance.
In addition to serving as the senior-most leader for security, Estlick has led Starbucks global technology infrastructure comprising all aspects of computer, storage, network, telephony, database, helpdesk, device and service management. He was responsible for strategy and execution for efforts in technology standardization, infrastructure convergence and the establishment of the Starbucks private cloud.
Prior to joining Starbucks, Estlick held security leadership positions at both PetSmart and Amazon. He also led infrastructure services for Seattle-based startups ePods and Icebox, and key technical roles at both Sun Microsystems and Boeing.
